Altea (officially the Federal Socialist Republic of Altea) was a country situated in southern Zeta on the coast of Lake 49. The nation comprised of the Altean Mainland and the Island of Franklin. The nation mainly strived off of industry due to its hot and arid landscape, preventing it from growing food. The country was governed by the Altean Communist Party from Altea's declaration of independence up to the nation's dissolution in 1966.
