- Regular Size: Best used for all-around purpose. Tables and seating are included, with normal amenities. 5 stores has been built in this size.
- Custom: Any specific that you want in your town? The Custom Size is for you! There are no set sizes or decorative set-pieces, unless negotiated between the mayor and CyAmethyst. 1 store was custom-built.
