Arctic Mobility, Inc.

Arctic Mobility, Inc., operating as Arctic Mobility, is a transportation manufacturing company founded in April 2021 by _fwis. Lease Agreement

By leasing from us, you agree to comply with this agreement.

• 1) Leases can be made to people only. Once leased, all companies partially or fully owned by the lessee may use the leased vehicles.
• 2) The products, or parts thereof, offered by Arctic Mobility may not be copied or leased to third parties by lessors without prior consent from _fwis.
• 3) No edits to leased products are allowed without prior permission from _fwis, unless specifically exempted within these terms.
  • You may build your own floats on our seaplanes, provided they are attached to the rest of the airframe at the same location.
  • You may flip our bus designs for use in places with left hand traffic, however.
  • You may also add pressure plates or buttons to open doors or remove them, as well as open the train/bus doors by relocating the door blocks onto the vehicle exterior, rearranging them, or removing them.
  • Buttons or pressure plates clearly placed with the express purpose of opening doors, or those that would otherwise obstruct reasonable boarding platform or warp sign placement may be removed or modified.
• 4) Products that are delivered with a livery related to Arctic Transit or the City of Winterville (ArcticRail, Winterville Metro, etc.) must be fitted with a different livery before use.
  • This may include editing the colors or materials of any blocks, but block types must remain unchanged.
• 5) Any WorldEdit errors resulting in the pasting of products (i.e. broken snow layers) must be corrected before use.
• 6) All usage of products must comply with MRT rules.
  • You must only operate our vehicle products where it is physically possible for them to operate. Proper electrification where applicable and width and height clearance are also required.
• 7) Any entities attached to vehicles on item frames may not be removed or modified.
• 8) Signs attached to vehicles may have their text or material type modified, but new ones may not be added on the exterior, and existing ones may not be removed completely.
• 9) Exceptions to the agreement may be granted upon request but are not guaranteed.
• 10) You, or Arctic Mobility, may terminate the lease at any time.
  • If you cancel the lease because of a change in these terms, a full refund will be given.
  • If you cancel for any other reason, a partial refund may be given at Arctic Mobility's discretion.
  • If Arctic Mobility cancels the lease because of a violation of these terms, no refund will be given.
  • If we cancel for any other reason, a partial or full refund will be given at our discretion.
  • Should the lease be terminated, all pasted copies of leased products must be removed immediately.
  • If you receive a product free of charge for any reason, no refund will be provided upon cancellation.
• 11) The lease agreement may be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
  • Should you not agree to the updated agreement, you may ask for a lease cancellation as detailed in the last section.
