The Artemis Space Station is a space station situated in Spawn City created by Hunter_X. It is accessible via a space elevator across the road from B12 on the MRT Blue Line.

Building Policy
Both residential and commercial rooms are freely available to members on a first-come, first served basis without requiring prior permission. The floor and ceiling of each room is isolated from its neighbors but the adjoining walls are shared between rooms, so builders should keep this in mind while redecorating, but beyond that most styles of rooms are permitted.
If a claimed room is left empty or only have a couple of blocks in them after a significant period of time, it may be nominated for eviction to free up space. A notice will be placed by the entrance to the room giving the owner two weeks' warning in order to either contact the station owner (presently Hunter_X) letting them know they wish to keep the room or to make noticeable additions to the room. At present, rooms that have been sufficiently furnished are unlikely to be put up for eviction even if they are not edited after their initial construction.
Special rooms are reserved for private station construction. Any construction work taking place outside the residential or commercial rooms must first be approved by the station staff.
