The 4 Values of the Association of Municipalities
1) Consensus - where the entire government is unified in its aims by rational means - the applicant agrees not to silence dissent but rather resolve conflict using rational methods of discussion.
2) Democracy - a democratic system where the development of the applicant is made through means of a ballot, not a dictatorial order.
3) Productivity - where an applicant agrees to conform to a standard of non-politik; instead focusing on driving the AoM forward by building bridges and not walls.
4) Stability - where the applicant agrees not to jeopardise the harmony within the AoM by means of unnecessary actions and detracts from the AoM's core values.
