Gate requests

The first round of gate requests are being conducted via a form circulated in Discord. Subsequent gate requests will be handled via DM.

When granted a gate, airlines have thirty days to:

  • Paste in their plane
  • Update the gate-side information display
  • Furnish any check-in counters assigned

Failure to complete these tasks will result in retraction of the gate.

General terms and conditions

  • Gates may be rescinding at any time without explanation by Auburn Airport, though every effort will be made to avoid this
  • Check-in counter allocations may be altered when new airlines begin serving the airport
  • It is the airline's responsibility to ensure that their gate information boards are accurate and up-to-date
  • Changes to the destinations served by an airline must be approved in writing by Missa_Solemnis (effective 18th March 2024 at midnight UTC)
  • These terms are subject to change, potentially without notice

Customising regulations

Airlines must abide by the following guidelines when customising their gate area and check-in counter:

  • The tarmac and its markings may not be altered without prior permission
  • Only the two rightmost signs on the gate information display above the gate agent podium may be edited and both must remain as dark oak signs unless prior permission is granted
  • No other aspects of the gate area may be altered without permission
  • The default white concrete display backing may be customised and the sign of choice used to denote the airline name at the check-in counter
  • No other aspects of the check-in counter may be altered without permission
