The B105 is a B-class highway that runs north from New Mayton City to Mountains Pier, passing through Grosrocher, Halifax, and Sippican.

The road has existed since June 2022, when it was approved at the June 2022 ISM. The original portion was built from New Mayton City to Halifax, both in York. An extension was approved at the July 2022 ISM for the road to reach Mountains Pier, owned by SteventheSteven at LE13. The road has had three builders since its groundbreaking, Spegit007, who built the section from New Mayton City into southern Halifax, Minecraft252, the section within Halifax city limits, and SteventheSteven, who built the section from Halifax to Mountains Pier.

The Halifax-New Mayton City section is designated York Highway 1 under the York Highway System. There is one connection to another highway, York Highway 22, which terminates 100 metres east in Harvey Beach. The B105 hosts the first location of the MRT2Go franchise by BlaringSeeker82.
