Greetings BART Super PAC Members, Elite Members, Diamond Members, and Admiral-Level Human Wallets!
You are reading this first regular update because you are one of the heroes with the balls to become a member of BARTpac. These are exciting times. BARTpac has been hailed in the MRT press as everything from "legal" to "You have followed a link to a page that does not exist yet. To create it, start typing in the box below." Your voice is being heard and I want to continue to hear from you!
So here's the latest on what BARTpac is up to. Soon we'll release our first TV commercial, and send the establishment a strong message: "We can afford a commercial." And that's just the beginning of the commercial. There will be twenty-six more seconds in it, chock-full of other messages.
And let's face it: those messages are long overdue. The MRT has forgotten who it is, where it's going, and how it got there. It's like the MRT is the protagonist in one of those TV crime shows where a good cop loses his memories in an accident and has to piece them back together while solving a new murder every week. Luckily, America has help from a sexy love interest: BARTpac. I should also mention that this show would be on HBO, if this was the PAC we stole this newsletter from.
But we have to act now, or this promising drama will go the way of my other great ideas for shows, from "Wolf Attack: The Sitcom" to "Frasier 2." BARTpac needs YOUR support to make the MRT great again, and I think we both know I'm talking about the kind of support that is green and worth money, because it is money, or an emerald. Both are acceptable.
So I urge you to drop everything and head to get on the MRT. Then pick up your finger and type to the establishment that you will not allow them to silence you (although they could technically /mute you, but don't focus on that).

Dear BARTpac and Electoral Uruk-hai,
On 23 December, I sent out a call. A call for all heroes to come together under the banner of BARTpac, put some money in a hat, and then leave. And you came: over -6 of you joined with the goal of Making a Better Tomorrow... Tomorrow.
But now, Tomorrow is only a Day away. The Time has come to take a Stand. For Something. We haven't figured out what It is yet. That's where You come in.

Administration
BARTpac is administered by 6687kittycat, the president of BARTpac. BARTpac is headquartered in the Covina City Hall. As the Chairman of the Committee, 6687kittycat makes final decisions involving BARTpac. 6687kittycat refers to the Minecart Rapid Transit Wiki Account 6687kittycat, not the Minecraft Player account of 6687kittycat. The PAC was originally administered by _Kastle. However, when _Kastle decided to run for president of the United Cities, _Kastle transfered leadership of the PAC to 6687kittycat to maintain the standard of non collaboration expected from super PACs in accordance with the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling on campaign finance.
Objectives
The goal of BARTpac is to make a better tomorrow, tomorrow. BARTpac accomplishes this goal by supporting candidates who align with the core values of BARTpac. BARTpac supports heroes, or specifically, people who agree with BARTpac. An example of a true hero who has been endorsed by BARTpac is _Kastle.
BARTpac also wants to make the MRT great by strengthening ties in the community. One of the ways it accomplishes this is by supporting Metropolitan Planning Organizations like TRONC. When creating TRONC, _Kastle realized that that he had quite a few great ideas about how MPOs should be run. Upon this realization, _Kastle realized that the problem with MPO's on the MRT was other people with power in the MPOs, or more specifically, people who were not _Kastle.
BARTpac also aims to put people in positions of power in other great MPOs that BARTpac believes could use just a bit more greatness, such as the United Cities. BARTpac supports candidates in the UC elections whom it feels exemplify the core beliefs of BARTpac. It uses a combination of ads, political contributions, and other means to accomplish this.
Current Projects
UC Elections
BARTpac is currently supporting candidates in the UC elections, such as _Kastle for President, Narnia17 for Vice President, mine_man_ for Secretary of State, and Skelezomperman for General Assembly Chair. BARTpac has crated a helpful voter guide for each office in the race.
President (_Kastle)
The President of the United Cities is tasked with being the head of the organization. He or she has the final say in the passage of a resolution with the power to either enact or veto a resolution. All other officers report directly to the President and are expected to carry out his or her instructions when given. The President also has the right to facilitate negotiations like the Secretary of State and preside over the Security Council or General Assembly when the Vice President or General Assembly Chair is unavailable.
BARTpac urges voters to vote for _Kastle for this position. As dictator of TRONC, _Kastle has had extensive experience with MPO management. _Kastle will fight for the values that BARTpac believes in, and keep the establishment in check. He has also managed many large businesses, such as Bay Area Rapid Transit. _Kastle is a firm believer in democracy as well, and has been hailed for holding, "[...] fair and [...] democratic elections in his city of Covina. In support of a a better tomorrow, tomorrow, BARTpac urges a vote for _Kastle for UC President.
Vice President (Skelezomperman)
The Vice President of the United Cities is the second-in-command to the President. He or she presides over the Security Council and owns the tiebreaker vote if necessary. In the event of a president's impeachment or resignation, the Vice President will step up to fill his or her office.
BARTpac has identified Skelezomperman as the best choice for Vice President. As the Commissioner of the TacoBurritoAThon, Skelezomperman has had experience with organizing large groups. The TacoBurritoAThon has also been one of the few successfully organized server-wide competitions, rivaled only by games organized by MinecraftYoshi26. BARTpac is confident that Skelezomperman would fight to keep the MRT great, and fully supports him in the election for Vice President.
Secretary of State (mine_man_)
The Secretary of State is in charge of facilitating negotiations amongst members of the United Cities. He or she is tasked with acting as an impartial arbitrator when requested by either members themselves or the President. At his or her discretion, the power of arbitration may be given to the General Assembly via a resolution.
BARTpac feels that the best candidate in the race for Secretary of State is mine_man_. As co-founder of MRTGAMA, or the MRT Gender & Attraction Minority Association, a server-based association for players who identify with gender or physical attraction labels that differ from societal norms and an association aims to unify various subsections of the GAM community with each other and furthermore with other players on server, and strives for equality for all players regardless of labels, BARTpac feels that mine_man_ knows how to unify the community. This would be an invaluable skill for a Secretary of State. Because of his excellent communication and public relations skills, BARTpac suggests voters support mine_man_ for Secretary of State.

Dear BARTpac Members and spouses/lovers snooping through your inbox,
I have exciting news to share from BARTpac. We have set our sights on the United Cities Chief Justice race – right after setting our sights on finding out where the United Cities headquarters is. It's further north than you think! In advance of the MBS Straw Poll, outside money has been pouring in trying to convince Minecartians to vote for the only name on the ballot, AlikSong. It's a blatant display of corruption, something completely foreign to BARTpac.
With that in mind, BARTpac has created our first-ever television ad. It shows what we can achieve if we work together with fortitude, vision, and the latest version of biteable.com. This ad is just the beginning for BARTpac. We'll be running a whole series of ad in the day leading up to the MBS Straw Poll. And maybe later, we'll do other things.

BARTpac Rushes New Commercial to Ad-Starved United Cities Delegates
MRT, Central City – BARTpac released its second TV ad in advance of the United Cities elections in support of Kenthurst Mayor Alik_Song, who is not running. The commercial, entitled "Alik_Song for Chief Justice 2" scolds outside groups for playing chess.
"I've never been to Central City, and have no plans to go," said 6687kittycat, President and Intern of BARTpac. "But I know that Minecartians are good, wholesome people who will not be swayed by these outside groups' underhanded tactics. They would much rather be swayed our overhanded tactics. That's why our new ad features not just chess playing, but eye-sizzling, warmly lit, below-the-lantern-belt action that appeals to Minecartians' basest lantern instincts."
