Bahia/Land Use Agreement

By building in any location within Bahia or state property, or property of Bahia based corporations, or the private property of Echohue you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You may not build in Bahia without express permission from the Echohue or Vulpicula.
• You disclaim any property rights to anything you build in Bahia, and the property is in full owned by the mayor of the town that the property is located within.
• Town mayors in Bahia reserve the right to make any and all modifications to the property built within the Republic of Bahia.
• You agree to follow any and all restrictions imposed by the Republic of Bahia as a prerequisite for building in the Republic of Bahia.
• These conditions apply to all towns within the Republic of Bahia and all property of the Republic of Bahia, as well as property of Bahia based corporations and the private property of Echohue
• You may not build in the Republic of Bahia without agreeing to these terms and conditions.
• The Republic of Bahia reserves the right to change these terms and/or add new terms at any time, with or without notice.
