Biome Heights is a town on the MRT Server, originally created by bestmate66. Biome Heights is one of the few dual language towns on the server, proudly speaking both English and French.

[EN] Government and Town Management
Biome Heights is composed of two different branches of government. The first, and main branch, is the Executive Council, which is composed of a mayor and two deputy mayors. They are responsible for the main decision-making and co-ordination on the server. The second branch, the Town Council, is composed of three to four Councillors who are responsible for different aspects of the city. Every two months, a "Town Meeting" is called where all residents and civil servants must attend to discuss and debate town issues. A town meeting can also be called at the mayor's discretion. The Executive Council is chosen exclusively by the mayor, who also has veto power over their decisions if necessary. However, every town meeting, new town Councillors can be chosen/impeached by the entire BH community.
Executive Council
The executive council is responsible for the main aspects and day-to day management of Biome Heights. The Mayor has veto power and absolute authority when it comes to solving disputes. However, the two deputy mayors have executive permission to pass legislature and make decisions that are for the good of the town, except in major disputes or border agreements.

Town Council
The second branch, the Town Council, is composed of three to four Councillors who are responsible for different aspects of the city. Every two months, a "Town Meeting" is called where all residents and civil servants must attend to discuss and debate town issues. Town Councillors are voted in at these meetings.

Town Council Update
Due to unfortunate civil servant application fraud (applicants never visiting the town they applied to be a staff member of while applying), we regret to inform the public that nopro988 and yoshilover_man have now been removed and/or rejected from the Biome Heights town council. Applicants are firmly reminded that they must be familiar with the town before applying for a position and that in the future, they will be asked to give proof of their familiarity with the town.

Town News
- January 30, 2014: The Nuclear Leak is now dealt with! Biome Heights is now re-opened.
- January 26, 2014: Bensismith was named an additional deputy mayor!
- January 25, 2014: A nuclear leak meant the entire town and the surrounding areas are in quarantine!
- December 10, 2013: Logiblocs named as deputy mayor.
- December 1, 2013: Town Hall complete and up to date. All incoming rail traffic is now suspended for construction.
- November 2013: Construction has started!
