BlueSpring is a township organization among four major cities, Bluemont, Silver Spring, True City, and New Kiwi City. The organization is kind of like the United Nations. BlueSpring brings large trade and transportation alliances to all four cities. The four cities share Mandela Station, which is located in international territory inside New Kiwi City. The chairman of the organization rotates every three months among the mayors of the four cities. Bluemont's mayor is first, followed by Silver Spring, then True City, and finally New Kiwi City.
