The Box Television Network is a terrestrial television network in the MRT owned by the Looking East Corporation.
Schedule
Box sends a variable amount of programming. During the week, only 2 hours of programming are offered mandatory to stations per night from 8-10 PM. Box does not currently require that stations air any daytime programming. On the weekends primetime is normally again only 2 hours long from 8-10 PM on Saturday and Sunday nights unless a sports program is being aired, which may cause primetime to start earlier or end later than normal.
Sports programming is also aired on the weekends during the daytime, usually between the hours of Noon and 6 PM.
Box News
Box News is the branding for programming offered by MRT NewsChannel to stations. The only news program that is mandatory for Box affiliates is Talk To Minecartia, which airs at 9 AM on Sunday mornings and is simulcasted from MRT NewsChannel. Box News also offers the MRT EyeOpener and MRT News Report to stations through syndication. It is an almost exact simulcast except that graphics are slightly different, with the MRT NewsChannel bug being replaced by one that says "Box News." Most of Box's owned and operated stations do broadcast part of the MRT EyeOpener from 7-10 AM as well as the MRT News Report in its entirety, with the main exception being NMPV, which does not broadcast either as it airs local news instead.
Box News also offers special coverage of events branded as a "Box News Special Presentation." Box News Special Presentations are usually anchored by MRT NewsChannel's primary anchor Skelezomperman and is separate from MRT NewsChannel's coverage. They are usually obligatory and can cover numerous different events, such as GSMs and UC debates.
Finally, Box News Special Reports are often aired for breaking news coverage. It is sometimes a simulcast of MRT NewsChannel, while other times coverage is separate. Most are not mandatory; mandatory Box News Special Reports only occur in emergencies.
It should be noted that most Box affiliates are contractually obligated to air at least a 30 minute newscast following primetime; those that do are also signed onto MRT NewsService, which is MRT NewsChannel's newswire arm.

Box Studios is the production arm of Box which produces television programs. It is headquartered in TBD.
Box Television Distribution
Box Television Distribution is the syndication arm of Box. It distributes syndicated programs to any and all stations which request them.

Box Television Stations is the ownership group of Box's Owned and Operated Stations. Box Television Stations currently owns the following television stations, all of which are affiliated with Box:
