Namesake
Camelicano is the mayor of San Reinoldi. EdwardIII thought the name was a good name. No more explanation needed.
Life
When Blagovka was first settled by EdwardIII, he decided to found a political party. Cause he's mentally insane, he decided to have a cow as the figurehead of the party, so he built a stable for the cow. So he spawned it in, and he named it Camelicano the Cow.
