Cattington Emergency Managment Organization

The Cattington Emergency Managment Organization is the first government agency to form in the Kingdom of Cattington that is not a Ministry. This agency's main job is to track any potential, definite, and ongoing threats to the Kingdom of Cattington and its people. The threats the agency tracks range from natural disasters to military. Each threat that the organization is sure of gets a letter from a scale, which will be described in the next section.

Threat Level Scale

Level F

No threat at all. This is the lowest level in the threat rating system.

Level E

This represents a minor threat or if there is a sure threat to the Kingdom of Cattington, but that threat is currently not capable of harming the state at that time. Examples include scattered crime, military skirmishes, and developing weather events. No cause for public to take action at that time.

Level D

This represents a moderate minor threat or if there is a sure threat to the Kingdom of Cattington, and that threat has a low chance to cause harm to the state. Examples include a large amount of scattered crime, military skirmishes, and fully developed mild weather events. No cause for public to take action at that time. However, the public should still be alert for further updates.

Level C

This represents a moderate threat or if there is a sure threat to the Kingdom of Cattington, and that threat has a medium chance to cause harm to the state. Examples include a slight increase in crime throughout, military skirmishes, and fully developed mild moderate weather evemts. Public should be ready to evacuate or take shelter.

Level B

This represents a moderate severe threat or if there is a sure threat to the Kingdom of Cattington, and that threat has a high chance to cause harm to the state. Examples include a moderate increase in crime throughout, full-on mild military incursions, and fully developed severe moderate weather events. Public has to take shelter, if not evacuate as soon as possible.

Level A

This represents a severe threat or if there is a sure threat to the Kingdom of Cattington, and that threat is for certain to cause harm to the state. Examples include a high increase in crime throughout, full-on severe military incursions, and fully developed severe weather events. Public must either take shelter or evacuate the area instantly. This is the highest level on the threat rating system.
