Celebrate America: A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky is a fireworks show presented at the Lillian Disney Amphitheatre in Konawa. Hosted by Corey Burton, Celebrate America is a tribute to the United States of America using patriotic music from throughout its history. Celebrate America was the final original show crafted for the original home of the fireworks shows on the Minecraft Transit Authority server. The show sponsor is South Weast Charter. The show made a weeklong run during the week of July 4th, opening on 3 July 2017 and closing on 8 July 2017.

History

Celebrate America is the annual 4th of July fireworks show held at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, and at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The show was first held on 3 July 2008, and is held annually, generally from 1-4 July, at both parks, in place of their normally scheduled fireworks spectaculars. Previously, at Magic Kingdom, a special Independence Day themed version of Fantasy in the Sky was held on July 4th. Celebrate America on the MTA server was the first rendition on Minecraft of the show, closely followed by MCMagic. The show was the final original show crafted for the MTA server (Believe... in Holiday Magic and HalloWishes opened later but had been written the previous year and gone unused), and played for nearly 4 weeks, from 21 June to 10 July 2014. The show went unused in 2015 due to the imminent closure of the MTA server, and in 2016 due to the lack of time to prepare on the MRT. In May 2017, Soleurs announced that the show would go on a limited weeklong engagement during the week of the 4th of July.
