Central North Association/Discord

The Central North Association uses Discord to communicate with its members. Any CNA member can and should join the CNA Discord by asking a Senior Council member. Members of the press are also allowed restricted access to the Discord.

Permissions

The CNA Discord assigns each player a rank based on their status within the CNA, they are as follows:

Rank	Description
Governorate	This is the member of the Senior Council who represents the Central North Association. This rank is given admin privileges.
Senior Council	These players form the Senior Council, forming the leadership of the Central North Association. This rank is given admin privileges.
Head General Councillor	This player is the elected leader of the General Council, and is given limited extra permissions to maintain order in meetings.
Judicial Council	These players form the Judicial Council, and are given special privileges in the Courtroom channel.
General Council	This is the main body of Central North Association members, given standard permissions.
Jury	This is a temporary rank assigned to jurors, who may not be CNA members, in a court trial. They only have permissions in the Courtroom and Jury channels.
Media	This rank is assigned to members of the media, who may not be CNA members. They only have permissions in the Press Releases and Press Conferences channels.
Inactive	This rank is assigned to inactive members.

Players may, and often do, hold multiple roles. For example, all Judicial Council members are part of the General Council, and the Governate is a part of the Senior Council.

#meetings_text	Governorate Senior Council Head General Councillor Judicial Council General Council		This channel is used for General Council meetings. It supplements the corresponding voice channel.
#judicial_council	Judicial Council		This channel is used by the Judicial Council to discuss court cases and other legal issues.
#courtroom_text	Governorate Senior Council Head General Councillor Judicial Council General Council Jury		This channel is used for court cases led by the Judicial Council. It supplements the corresponding voice channel.
#jury_test	Jury		This channel is used for members of the jury to deliberate a court case. It supplements the corresponding voice channel.
#proposals	Governorate Senior Council Head General Councillor Judicial Council General Council		This channel is for CNA members to submit legislative proposals.
