The Mineral Union
The Mineral Union, formerly known as the City-State of the Chillplains, is a city-state founded by CyAmethyst to centralize her efforts to her towns and to recruit people to help with the development of the towns.
There are currently two towns in the official ownership of the Mineral Union at the current time, with the current capital in Silverville.
History
The Chillplains were effectively founded on the same day as Chillington, on March 5th 2017.
On August 25th 2017, the Chillplains began its development in its infancy after Chillington received Mayor rank.
In October 2017, Plainsley was founded as the official 2nd town of the Chillplains after Sandburgh, which was founded in July 2017, was given up.
On January 6th 2021, the Chillplains capital was officially opened in Chillington after over 3 years of construction, enabling the Chillplains to officially operate out of Chillington.
On January 11th 2021, Silverville was founded as the official 3rd town of the Chillplains.
On February 21st 2021, Plainsley was transferred to Melecie, however the town remains in the Chillplains in the event CyAmethyst asks for the town back.
On March 19th 2021, the Chillplains were happy to announce that Silverville has been ranked, marking the first time that the city-state has multiple ranked towns on the MRT.
On March 29th 2021, the Chillplains announced that Chillington was deemed "irreparable", and moved the de facto capital to Silverville. Several other changes, including building more governmental buildings in Silverville, potential re-structuring the city-state, and even potentially changing the name of the city-state were also announced as a part of the move. The Chillplains also released a press release with the announcement.
On May 16th 2021, the Chillplains underwent a political change from being an Independent-ran City-State to a City-State ran by the Mineral Audino Party, a centrist political party.
On CyAmethyst's birthday (June 12th 2021), the Chillplains un-officially dis-owned Chillington and Plainsley from the city-state due to negative feelings being felt by the majority of the Chillplains' citizens. They will remain on the wiki page for historical reference, even if it comes time to officially dis-own them.
On August 19th 2021, the former Chillplains were re-named as The Mineral Union, referring to Silverville's status as a Mineral Town. The new Mineral Union announced that no significant change to the structure of the state is expected.
Government
The Mineral Union is a Democratic Republic with a Centrist lean, with official buildings in Silverville and various other cities server-wide as embassies.
The leading party of the Mineral Union at this current time is the MAP.
The city-state believes in pro-democracy with a strong lean against using violence as a means of settling state-to-state and city-to-city conflict.
It's for this reason that the city-state focuses more on peaceful funding (i.e. for education, peaceful technology, infrastructure, etc) instead of more aggressive, non-peaceful funding.

Future Plans
The Mineral Union's plan to improve their existing cities, while looking for expansion opportunities.
The Mineral Union's immediate goals are to: Plan Silverville to accomplish the road to Senator and looking to expansion of the Union.
More long time goals are to: Get Silverville up to Senator or higher and expand Silverville's connection networks.
