Creative Towns Normal Agreement Template

There are 4 sections to this land use agreement:

  1. Modify (Is the mayor allowed to modify the building?)
  2. Relocate (Is the mayor allowed to relocate the building?)
  3. Notice (Is the mayor supposed to give notice for changes?)
  4. Other Restrictions (Is the mayor allowed to impose other restrictions to the building style or changeable blocks?)

"Modify", "Notice" and "Relocate" are split into "Small" and "All".

Here are the sections added for all the land use agreements:

By building in this area of land, the customer agrees to the following terms:
-You agree that this statement is legally binding as your official consent.
-You agree that you may disclaim the property at any time and return it to the mayor.
-You agree that the may mayor may terminate this agreement and destroy your property.
-You agree that the mayor may not do anything to your property not mentioned in this agreement, except if the action follows the official MRT rules or if you have given consent for a single action.

Here are the sections added for each term of the land use agreement (Small and all variants may not be used together):

  • Modify Exterior - "You agree that the mayor may make exterior or structural modifications to the property"
  • Modify All - "You agree that the mayor may make any modification to the property"
  • Relocate Small - "You agree that the mayor may relocate the property within the town"
  • Relocate All - "You agree that the mayor may relocate the property to anywhere on the MRT new world"
  • Notice Small - "The mayor agrees to give written notice any time before modifying, relocating or destroying your property"
  • Notice All - "The mayor agrees to give written notice at least a week before modifying, relocating or destroying your property"
  • Other Restriction - "You agree that you may not [Insert building restriction here, e.g change the floor type or use this type of wood]" This term cannot be given as part of a land use agreement without adding an actual restriction.
