Daemong Sorongpo (Korean: 대몽소롱포, Japanese: 大夢小籠包) is a gourmet Dim Sum and Xiaolongbao expertise restaurant chain which originated from The Juhwa Islands. The architecture and design of the restaurant takes a strong twist away from a traditional dim sum restaurant and instead utilizes modern and artistic atmosphere to serve endless variety of dim sum.
The name "Daemong Sorongpo" means 'Xiaolongbao with Big Dreams' in Korean- Daemong (Taimu in Japanese) meaning Big Dreams, and Sorongpo (Shoronpo in Japanese) being the rough transliteration of the dumpling name, Xiaolongbao. Despite being a Chinese culinary restaurant, the restaurant standardizes in the official languages of the Juhwa Confederacy.
