- 23 June 2019 - Basic infrastructure set in place.
- 26 June 2019 - B38 Construction started, but not completed because lack of approval.
- 14 August 2019 - B38 was approved in GSM. Construction resumed but soon abandoned.
- 22 March 2020 - B38 construction was resumed.
