The Estival Sea is one of the four Compass Seas (the others being the Autumnal Sea, the Hibernal Sea, and Vernal Lake). It is located in the south portion of the Epsilon expansion and is named after the season of summer. It was named at the November 2017 GSM; prior to this, the only resemblance to an official name was either "South Sea" or Lake 10.
Water access is available to Deimos Lake in the northwest, Lake 11 in the west, Heart Lake and Lake 14 (via Lake 12) in the southwest), Lake 15 in the south, and Loch Lyman in the northeast.
Bordering cities include Zerez and Schillerton.
