This page is made for Ezzo City residents and citizens to be alerted of travel to cities that might put them in danger

City-State of Kitania (various stations)

Dear Ezzo City Residents,

We have put the City-State of Kitania (includes Zaquar, Nippia, Kitania, Arendale, etc.) on red status; that is due to various reasons, including:

• Dictatoric and massive yet invisible military and intelligence forces

The City-State of Kitania has a very strict and dictator-like stance on its citizens, residents, and tourists, and sometimes their court is very unfair. In this case, we request you to do:

- Do not proclaim about the freedom of Ezzo City. The City-State of Kitania's military, intelligence, and police forces (Kitania Intelligence Agency - KIA) are adamant, strong yet invisible. They might kill you or sentence you to punishments not used by Ezzo City's governments. The City-State of Kitania might fool you into thinking that they are democratic, but previous research disproved that.

- Do not read or give any possible propaganda material and documents to people, and do not give them to any other people. This rule is imposed due to that material being made specifically to fool people into doing things for the CSK and KIA that might violate various city (EC wise and MRT wise) rules.

- Do not fall under the guise of the KIA and think before walking every single millimeter in CSK boundaries. The KIA are skilled at trapping and creating false confessions and sentencing unfairly, and you might be spied at for government reasons, and the possibility of stealing a lot of your secrets.

- Do not reveal to any CSK citizen that you have come from Ezzo City or any controlled territory. A Kitania Emergency Management Organization-controlled webpage has alerted Kitanians of hostile (although not very hostile in truth - just exaggerated) relationships with EC and its territory. They might hate you and report you to the KIA unfairly, and the above will possibly happen.

• Unexpected weather changes and possibly confusing way of transport. In many places, there might be a lot of complicated things. In the list below, the possible problems and solutions are listed:

- Old world district of Kitania's extreme snow. For this case, every winter, a massive pile of snow is world edited in the old world, and you are not allowed to escape unless you are teleported to a location without breaking any block (if you broke a block you have "griefed"). To prevent that, you need to check the Kitania Emergency Management Organization (KEMO) web page every time you plan to transport to Kitania, and take care.

- Metro system is very different to the one you are used. The Metro has lots of lines, and for every bridge, you expect four rails, instead of the two you are used to in Ezzo City. For that, please use the transportation map (also in Nippia, designed by AP_Red/AP_Rednax/RednaxAP/User:JakD2000) because most of the time it shows you the fastest way to go and detailed station.

- Service changes, especially in metros. The KTA (Kitania Transit Authority) shows every single rail change or service change or relocation that happens to the territories and cities of the CSK, and its transport methods. Please, do not comment on any service change, or the first notice above's rules and recommendations might be violated.

There are no embassies in the City-State of Kitania for Ezzo City, but you can send indirectly via the ECM's House on:

Although we know many tourist attractions (eg. the Music's Gems' Casino) and business and studios (eg MBS) are there, we felt it is needed to do this page to protect our citizens and residents.
