The Feline Holdings Center is an office building in Central City that serves as the world headquarters of Feline Holdings. It replaced the Feline Holdings Tower as the world headquarters of Feline Holdings, which was formerly located at the current location of the Feline Holdings Center. The building was constructed by KittyCat11231.

The building is located between Oasis and Wishington Avenues and Cytus and Hardesty Streets.

The Feline Holdings Center opened on June 24, 2018.

Background

The original headquarters was a building in New Spawn City on the Old World constructed in 2013, located on the site of a location of The Leather Emplorium. With the opening of the New World in late 2014, Feline Holdings moved its headquarters to Central City with the construction of the Feline Holdings Tower northwest of the Admod Building.

In July 2015, Feline Holdings began construction of the Feline Holdings Campus in Vergil, which was slated to be the New World headquarters of Feline Holdings. The building was to include eight buildings; two buildings — the Catronics and IntraTransit buildings — were constructed. However, the project was abandoned, and the Feline Holdings Tower remained the headquarters of Feline Holdings. The partially built Feline Holdings Campus was eventually demolished by the city of Covina when it annexed Vergil in 2016.

A video introducing the building

The Feline Holdings Center is the third corporate headquarters of Feline Holdings. In June 2018, KittyCat11231 revisited the idea of a New World headquarters, as he deemed the Feline Holdings Tower to be lacking. The Feline Holdings Center was envisioned as a new corporate headquarters for the company, and construction of the new building began off-server. On June 24, 2018, the new center was unveiled to the public. The Feline Holdings Tower was demolished and the Feline Holdings Center was erected in its place, becoming the New World headquarters of Feline Holdings.

Location

The Feline Holdings Center is located in northern Central City, between Oasis and Wishington Avenues to the east and west, respectively, and Cytus and Hardesty Streets to the north and south, respectively. The building is two blocks north of Central Park and is diagonally adjacent to the Admod Building. The Feline Holdings Center is also immediately southeast of the MBS Broadcast Center and south of MBS Park, both of which are owned by MBS, a majority-owned subsidiary of Feline Holdings. The Feline Holdings Center forms part of the northern Central City skyline in the vicinity of the Admod Building.

Design and layout

The building's interior

The Feline Holdings Center is a nine-floor skyscraper. Each floor is designed with a large separation from the floor and the ceiling, such that a single floor takes up the space that three floors would have taken up in the former Feline Holdings Tower. The tower itself is designed as a curved, diamond-like shape. The main frame of the building is built with white concrete, while white tinted glass forms expansive windows, taking up much of the exterior space. Along the east-west axis of the building, a large pane of glass forms a series of ceilings and floors such as to act as an open skylight for the entire building. The Feline Holdings logo is present at the top exterior on each side of the tower.

Two entrances on the east and west sides of the building, at Oasis and Wishington Avenues respectively, lead into the lobby. Feline Holdings employees who work in the building are directed to the south side of the lobby and are required to scan in before proceeding to the elevators on the far south side of the building. The two elevators are located at the far south side of the building, stopping at every floor. Each floor requires employees to scan in to enter their offices. Floors 2 through 8 consists of offices for the companies of Feline Holdings, with the number of companies varying between each floor. Floor 9, the top floor of the center, contains the meeting place for the Feline Holdings Board of Directors, and the office of the CEO of Feline Holdings.
