Fort Yaxier is a Governor city built by camelfantasy in the southern central part of the world. It started out as an island being built as a military base, and expanded into the mainland being the rest of the city. The style of the city is loosely based off of urban and suburban areas in eastern Asia.

Administration
Fort Yaxier is governed by the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, with a Speaker of Senate and Chief Justice among the higher ranking staff. The state government is based in the Government Mansion just south of I26 , which includes offices and meeting areas. The fort is governed differently, with the Fort Commander as the Sector Administrator in charge of all military-related decisions. The Military Head Justice serves as the judicial branch of the sectorial government, to all military personnel. As the fort is chiefly for a military purpose and inhabited mostly by the military, there is no need for a civil legislative branch in the sector. General order and security is maintained by the elite White Wolves, while the FAF serves as the military, as well as guarding important people and areas.
The Executive Function consists of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and the Advisers. The State Senate is currently comprised of 27 Senators, 22 representing sectors and 5 representing the entire state. The representing senators are divided into the 2 guaranteed senators for each sector, with further senators apportioned according to the sector's population and importance.

Border Control
Movement into and out of Fort Yaxier is restricted through checkpoints at each location providing interstate transportation, and is enforced by the FAF. Train stations and passenger waterports have checkpoints immediately before the interstate platforms, while roads have vehicle checkpoints between the foreign road and local roads. In the event there is no established checkpoint, expect a thorough search by the FAF upon setting foot on Fort Yaxier territory.

Yaxier Exhibition Center
The Yaxier Exhibition Center is a large convention complex with 170,000 m^2 of ground floor space, with the construction of additional floors available, and a large garden to its east.
The current exhibition on display features Studio Ghibli movies and their characters, vehicles, buildings, etc., as well as a stage with performances of selections from certain soundtracks of Studio Ghibli films.
Government Complex
The Government Complex is where Fort Yaxier is run by its 3 branches. The Senate has offices at the City Offices on the four corner towers and informally meets in a large area suspended between the towers, while the Executive and Judicial branches have offices at the Government Mansion. The Senate, Executive Function and State Courts have their official meeting locations at the Government Mansion, located at the end of the road from the City Offices, and meet in the State Senate Chamber, Mayoral Office, and State Court, respectively.
Yaxier International Forum
The Yaxier International Forum is a large suite of buildings with multiple purposes. The main building is the lobby, in the shape of an elongated boat. Multiple halls are connected to the lobby and each other through skyways, and each serve a different convention purpose. Hall C houses a theater designed for orchestral acoustics, and as such is generally used for classical music performing groups. Hall A is a one-room banquet hall with multiple tables and an elevated stage at one end with a large screen.
Formidite Citadel
The Citadel is a highly secure prison designed after a castle, and is has been constructed to appear gloomy. The highest security prisoners are held in one of the four main caverns, each protected by a moat and double reinforced doors. All other prisoners are held in one of the twelve standard cells located on the four corner towers, which include a bed, dining table, bathroom, and study area. All cell doors are protected by at least double locks to prevent accidental unlocking. The entire facility is guarded and patrolled by the Formosa Armed Forces Home Guard, as well as Formosa Armed Forces stationed nearby at Fort Yaxier. A prisoner commons area may be constructed in the future.
PCAF Omega Base
Pearl Coast Armed Forces has an outpost on an island south of the original fort. The base contains military vehicles and barracks as well as a command center, and several nuclear missiles. It is connected by road to Mansion Road W.
Yaxier Farmlands
The Yaxier Farmlands is a large area located to the east of I26 dedicated to a typical farm with crop fields, livestock pastures, and goods production. It is accessible by rail or car.
Gemstone Park
Gemstone Park is a mystical area containing the twelve gemstones, each activated, representing the twelve immortal guardians of Fort Yaxier, who each represent an element in the world. For unknown reasons everything on and within the circular grass hills is always covered in snow, with rumors of the central beam being a portal to the immortal world at certain times.
Yaxier Sports Center
The Yaxier Sports Center is a sports park located on either side just east of where the Island Line curves. It contains a soccer field, baseball field, basketball court, and a tennis court, with the baseball field being the only facility not full sized.
Yaxier Subterra
The Yaxier Subterra is a network of underground tunnels mirroring the local road system. Entrances/exits are located in multiple areas, and the tunnels provide for sheltered walking, especially useful in the heat of summer or the chill of winter. Pedestrian usage of the certain sections of the tunnels may be only temporary as future underground rail lines will likely be routed through the tunnels. Also in the tunnels are secret command bases and areas used by the government.
Yaxier Sports Complex
The Yaxier Sports Complex is located in the northern part of the ice biome, and contains many stadiums and arenas for different sports all located in one sports park. The stadiums are used as home stadiums by all of Yaxier's official sports teams, with usage by other teams and individuals available when the facilities are not in use.
Transit
Intracity transit for Fort Yaxier will be operated mainly by Formosa Transit Authority, with high speed rails operated by High Speed Rail Corporation, and will be centered around trains with some buses. Major transit hubs are planned along the Island Line at I25 - I27 , with an alternative and more local service in this segment. In addition, a commuter rail service operated by the Elecna Bay Transit Commission will serve trains to Elecna Bay and EBI.
Rail
An extensive rail network is planned and will be constructed once Fort Yaxier reaches a substantial size. Most rail is warptrain, and most rolling stock is based off of E231-500 with the color stripe matching the line color.
Tōzai Line
Rail line traveling mainly east-west and paralleling the and other major roads.

All ramps between interstate highways and local roads, both leading into and out of Fort Yaxier, have a border security checkpoint with each being able to accommodate at least 2 vehicles. The vehicle, occupants, and any objects of interest will be documented. The roads follow a naming scheme:

Culture and Folklore
The culture and ancient history of Formosa are based off of myths and stories passed down over the generations. Inspiration
Most of the elements in Fort Yaxier are inspired by something in the real world.
- City style - the general style is based off of modern urban Asia, namely Japan and Taiwan
- Buildings - many of the buildings bear some resemblance to buildings that exist in real life
- Train - the extensive train network and rolling stock are based off of Japan Railways
- Road - A50's parallel road was built on the idea of a local road at ground level paralleling a highway above it
