The Free State of Kitania was a self-proclaimed state which seeked to overthrow the government of the City-State of Kitania. It was formed by elements of the KIA Armed Forces which grew dissatisfied of Kitanian rule and plotted rebellion. They formed the Free Kitania Armed Forces, and led by Commander James Parkins, formerly Captain of Army Sector 13 of the KIA Armed Forces, they initiated a coup d'état against the City-State of Kitania in Zaquar, which succeded. Zaquar became under complete control by the Free State of Kitania.
Covina has provided military support to the Free State of Kitania.
The Free State of Kitania has been overthrown. Zaquar is under Lacledic administration and top Free Kitanian leaders are in custody.

STATEMENT BY CMD. PARKINS
I hereby proclaim, by the authority vested in me by the Free State of Kitania, the establishment of a council for the governing our great state. The council shall have supreme authority over the state and will consist of myself and my trusted advisers.
