Frosty Rivers is a new-ish town in the Northwestern Epsilonian region of the New World.

Main Attractions

• The City Hall is one of the first buildings on the city, built on top of a mountain accessed by a cable car.
• Spruce Spleef Park is the spleef arena of Frosty Rivers, which is built on top of the old River Housing Estate.
• Business Square is a big part of Frosty Rivers, where most of the businesses were built.
• City Hall Street is the first road that was built. It contains the City Hall, Hilton Hotel @ Frog and some businesses including AlikLolly, Ice Tea Vendor and Lipton Ice Tea.
• Frosty Rivers Train Station is an upcoming warp train station housing NewRail, BluRail, Four Seasons Railways and Southern Plains Rail trains.
• Office District is the area for small office skyscrapers inspired from Creeperville, which CAMNMM and SoaPuffball currently own.
• Neofriv Falls is a small waterfall in a cave found when a road was being built. It connects to a nearby pond.
