Background
With the massive population of U-cars, sesese9 saw a need of a franchise to check the gears on those U-cars like the real life franchise, Brake Check. This is Leafcorp's first franchise that is easily copy/pasteable by w/e as in sese doesn't have to build each one from scratch.
