Global Affairs Ophelia (GAO; French: Affaires mondiales Ophelia, or AMO; Korean: 오펠리아 연방외무부; Japanese: オフェリア連邦外務省) (legal name: Department of Foreign Affairs) is the department in the Government of Ophelia that manages Ophelia confederation's diplomatic and consular relations, to encourage the country's international trade, and to lead Ophelia confederation's international development and humanitarian assistance. It is also responsible for maintaining Ophelian government offices abroad with diplomatic and consular status on behalf of all government departments. (WIP, stand by)
