Grassbush is a settlement located within the Aurora MPO. A hallmark of the Third Mojanger Colonial Wave, it features enhanced methods of age-old techniques, most notably the //stack's seen in Mojangitis. Originally settled three months before, it was re-established on the 29th of June. From there, it has rapidly expanded, as of the time of , being approximately the size of central Carnoustie.

Admin
Admin is located in the northern area of Grassbush. It houses two of the three main bureaucratic buildings, the Grassbush Administration and the Grassbush Municipal Ministries Building. The Monument of the Pioneers is also located here: a monument commemorating the Mojangers' contribution to the rapid industrialization of the MRT.
Holland Village
Holland Village is the northernmost district of Grassbush. It is also the settlement's first residential estate, both in existence and by the Ministry of Housing. It offers 5 Studio houses and 4 2-bedroom houses.
Central
Central is the financial and commercial center of Grassbush. It is located at the heart of town. Many of the city's skyscrapers are located here. The Parliament of Grassbush offices here.
Bukit Hijau
Inspired by the HDB estates in Singapore, Bukit Hijau is the first residential district to attempt to mimic its design principles. It offers 28 1-bedroom flats, 20 2-bedroom flats, and a cluster of 6 2-storey houses.
Arbor Hamlet
Arbor Hamlet is the de-facto oldest district in Grassbush. Built during the pre-reestablishment days, it consists of two parts: the old town, and the Ministry of Housing estate. The housing estate consists of a cluster of 4 7-storey apartment blocks. The old town, located at a riverbend, offers a whole array of frugal goods and restaurants.
Fort Le Tran/Fuerte de Le Tran
Fort Le Tran is a district located at the west side of Grassbush. It is encompassed by a 7 meter wall, hence being called fort. In the words of moj, it is "what New Intramuros in Deadbush would've looked like if I was better at building facades." Many old houses are located here, as well as a stumpy HDB block and the first educational institute of Grassbush--The Marian College.
