The Greater East Plains (GEP) is a MPO and geographical region created by both transitmatt and STthecat to plan out local projects. It currently has nine members and acts as a state. The Greater East Plains consists of cities along the B33 and the fourth eastern MRT Plains Line extension.

Greater East Plains Broadcasting (GEP Broadcasting), is a news and radio service founded and owned by transitmatt. It runs seven stations, TV and radio, that broadcast locally about cities in the Greater East Plains. They are all part of the GEPTV Television Network (TV), or the GEP Radio Network.
