Halifax is the capital town of the Kanatian state of York. As of July 2, 2022, Halifax is ranked councillor. As of July 20, 2022, Halifax is ranked mayor. The town of Halifax offers more than 80 overall buildings at the present time and offers 37 waterfalls located within town limits. The York Capitol Building is located near the beach in northeastern Halifax. The only business franchise located within the town not built by Minecraft252 is a location of 11-Seven which was built by Spegit007 on June 30, 2022. Halifax Bamboo Company was formed within Halifax on July 1, 2022, and that company owns Halifax Island located within Halifax right by Halifax Bay. Halifax Island is also the location for utilizing Minecraft252 Boat Corporation boat service to Nashville. Halifax Bamboo Company finally built its very own building which does have some bamboo growing inside of the building on July 6, 2022. Halifax Island Building was built on July 6, 2022. The building features The Islander Restaurant. The building itself has four floors with the restaurant on the first floor and seating for the restaurant on the other floors. Celebration 10 Building featuring 10 indoor waterfalls was built on July 13, 2022, as part of the builds made by Minecraft252 for the MRT 10th Anniversary. Celebration 10 Building is located in northern Halifax near Halifax Food Hall.

History

Yellowitcher Era (January 2022-~February 2022)

Halifax was originally an unnamed town by Yellowitcher, who built what is thought to be a metro station, and a main road alongside the MRT station. Eventually at an unknown date Yellowitcher abandoned the town, where it had stayed for 3 months. This short period of time before the abandonment is called the Yellowitcher Era. The only remnants of the era are a big metro station next to the MRT station, and a main road on the other side, which has been covered with grass, although markings where the crosswalks and sidewalks were are still very visible in the ground, with one being a national landmark, the E marking. The area also has some noticeable landscars. It is theorized that Yellowitcher abandoned the town after the landscars were made. Yellowitcher left a sign saying "Free to Claim -Yellowitcher" near the entrance to the MRT station.

Minecraft252 era (June 2022-present)

The Minecraft252 era, which started on June 18th, 2022, is the present era of Halifax's history. Minecraft252 renamed the town to Halifax, after the real life Canadian city, and started building on the former main road from the Yellowitcher Era. Multiple buildings were made, including the OBS-owned WHNP-TV station.

Senator Bid History

On August 25, 2022, Halifax made its first and thus far only senator bid. On September 7, 2022, Halifax was rejected for promotion to senator in a vote of 0-5.

Major Road

The B105 is the only major road to travel into Halifax. It travels northward into town coming up from New Mayton City, where it continues to Mountains Pier.

Halifax Capitol Hill Heliport

Since July 2, 2022, Halifax has operated Halifax Capitol Hill Heliport. The heliport was constructed by Spegit007 on that aforementioned date. The heliport is nicknamed The Hilliport due to being located upon a hill in northeastern Halifax. Travel to both Rattlerville and New Mayton City is possible from the heliport.

Town Train Stations (not counting the LE11 MRT Train Station)

Halifax Terminal Train Station

Since July 22, 2022, Halifax has operated Halifax Terminal Train Station. It is located within the Newfoundland And Labrador portion of Canada Development Park.

North Halifax Train Station

Since August 3, 2022, Halifax has operated North Halifax Train Station. It is located within northern Halifax south of North Halifax Park.

South Halifax Train Station

Since August 4, 2022, Halifax has operated South Halifax Train Station. It is located within southern Halifax south of North Halifax Park.

Halifax Cornwall Train Station

Since August 4, 2022, Halifax has operated Halifax Cornwall Train Station. It is located within the Ontario portion of Canada Development Park. Yes, this particular train station is named in honor of the New World city of Cornwall.

Television Stations

Four television stations are headquartered within Halifax though television sets within town limits offer five television stations for viewing purposes as OBS from New Mayton City (TV channel 1 within Halifax) started being seen within Halifax on June 18, 2022, is available on television sets within Halifax along with the Halifax-based stations of OBS from Halifax (TV channel 2) formed on June 18, 2022, Channel 3 Halifax TV (TV channel 3) formed on June 18, 2022, CBS Halifax (TV channel 4) formed on June 19, 2022, and TownTV Halifax (TV channel 5) formed on June 20, 2022.

Education

Higher Education

Halifax College was chartered on June 18, 2022. Bristol International University Halifax Campus was chartered on July 21, 2022, and is located within Canada Development Park within the Nova Scotia portion of the park.

Lower Education

Halifax School was chartered within town on June 18, 2022. Halifax French School was chartered within town on June 20, 2022. West Halifax School was chartered within town on August 6, 2022.

North City Complex

North City Complex was constructed on August 3, 2022, and is a large building located within northern Halifax constructed to be a gathering place where some folks actually live. North City Complex is a play off the South City neighbourhood of New Mayton City. Halifax Music Venue exists within the North City Complex.

Halifax Food Hall

Halifax Food Hall was created on June 20, 2022, and currently offers six offerings with space for up to eight offerings available. Several Minecraft252 franchises have a location within Halifax Food Hall including Chicago Style Gyros and Panera Bread among others. It should be noted that the Halifax location for Bristol Brew Coffee Company is not located within Halifax Food Hall.

Canada Development Park

Canada Development Park is located on the westside of Halifax since July 20, 2022.

Halifax Aquarium

Halifax Aquarium was constructed on both June 21 and 22, 2022. It is located within the northern part of town.

Parks

Halifax Indoor Park

Halifax Indoor Park was created on June 19, 2022. The park is, well, indoors. It carries the abbreviation of HIP.

Halifax Outdoor Park

Halifax Outdoor Park was created on June 19, 2022. It carries the abbreviation of HOP. Boat travel is necessary in order to reach Halifax Outdoor Park at this time.

Condugote Park

Condugote Park was created on July 20, 2022, within the Quebec portion of Canada Development Park. New Mayton City also has a Condugote Park.

North Halifax Park

North Halifax Park was created on August 3, 2022. The park is located in northern Halifax and is the most northern thing you will find within Halifax. The park does feature four waterfalls at the present time.

Gardens

Halifax Audubon Garden was created on June 22, 2022. It contains Halifax Audubon Garden Building which was built on June 22, 2022, as well.

Town Flower

The town flower of Halifax is the poppy. You will find many places with poppies within town limits.

Beaches

Halifax Bay Public Beach

Halifax Bay Public Beach was created on June 29, 2022. It is located right by Halifax Bay in northeastern Halifax.

Canada DP Beach (public)

Canada DP Beach was created on July 20, 2022. It is located on the westside of Halifax within Canada Development Park.

Florida Private Beach

Florida Private Beach was created on June 29, 2022. It is located right by Halifax Bay in northeastern Halifax. It is located adjacent to Halifax Bay Public Beach.

Halifax Pedway

Halifax Pedway walking path was constructed within Halifax on July 6, 2022.

Tourist Sites

Halifax Plus was created on June 18, 2022. It is a Kanata national treasure tourist site. Halifax E was created on June 20, 2022.

Billy Joel Uptown Apartments

Billy Joel Uptown Apartments was constructed within Halifax on June 30, 2022. The apartment complex contains six apartments with 1-3 being on the first floor and 4-6 being on the second floor. The complex has three residents currently: Minecraft252 (apartment 1), Spegit007 (apartment 4), and Zuoj (apartment 5). This makes apartments 2, 3, and 6 currently available there.

Bangor Borgir Company

As of July 25, 2022, Bangor Borgir Company maintains its headquarters within Halifax. The company started a day before that within Northeast City but lacked a headquarters initially.

Location

Halifax is located several hundred blocks north of New Mayton City, and is connected to that town by the B105/York Highway 1 and the MRT Lakeshore Line.
