NewRich Vehicles was founded in August of 2017 to supply trams to Richville Metro. It was originally owned by woorich Inc. until NewRail and NewRich Vehicles merged. Now NewRich vehicles also make NewRail's vehicles. Then NewRich Vehicles backed out of NewRail and was a part of Four Seasons Railways until SoSo123 was banned. The company soon expanded out of only producing public transportation vehicles and now also make cars and trucks
