Hannibal is a small Councillor town governed under the umbrella of the Lacledic Republic in the southeastern New World founded by Valkorion314 on 1 July 2019. It is modeled on a typical small town in the Midwestern United States. It features a church, a town hall, a courthouse, a jail, a baseball stadium, a gas station, and a few other franchises. It was promoted to Councillor on the night of July 6, 2019. At the moment, the only way to get to Hannibal easily is South Weast Airlines flight H9 from Laclede.
