Hendon Mainline Warprail Station was built in 2017 ready for warprail services to run to. There are 5 platforms in total on the overground section currently occupied by Hendon Thameslink (formerly the Hendon Overground and Docklands Transit) and FrostyRail. There is also 2 platforms on the underground section which is currently occupied by Ajrica Trains - soon to be running from New Cainport to Jaikrunda via Hendon, Winterside and Ravenna. There is currently no station planned at St Anna but proposals have included a future station to be constructed on the south side of the city.

Station facilities

Hendon Mainline has step-free access only to eastbound platform 1 and westbound platform 2 (including the Ajrica Trains platforms 6 & 7 underground). There is ticket barriers at this station as well as ticket offices which are staffed Monday to Saturday during operating hours. There is no ticket office at this station since early 2021.

The station is staffed on a daily basis except Sunday. Customers wishing to travel from Hendon Mainline must buy a ticket from the machine or tap their Hendon Card on the gateline.

Platforms

There's a total of 6 platforms at Hendon Mainline - 4 of which are on ground level, 2 are underground. Both sets of platforms are at different lengths due to the sizing of the station itself.

Platforms 1 is used by Hendon Thameslink services to Geneva Bay Main. This platform is currently served by 1987 DLR Stock, which will be replaced by eventually end of 2022.

Platform 2 & 3 is for Hendon Thameslink services heading westbound towards Harrow Road and Hendon West, and also eastbound towards Hendon & Geneva and Geneva Bay Airport.

Platform 4 is used by FrostyRail services to Winterside West and Creeperville. An extension of FrostyRail to the west to Hatch End was cutback to Hendon Mainline after issues with NewRail and FrostyRail broke out - sparking issues and the introduction of BoroughRail. BoroughRail no longer exists and that Docklands Transit took over operations of Hendon's rail network, therefore leaving FrostyRail as the current official rail company to serve Hendon Mainline. Docklands Transit is now known as Hendon Thameslink.

Platform 5 is now used by Hendon Thameslink services to Moonlight Bay. This is the newest platform, constructed only in late 2020 to enable separate operation of services.

Platform 6 & 7 are solely underground for use by Ajrica Trains (Albayuri's rail company) which will eventually run from New Cainport to Jaikrunda, via Winterside, St Anna*, Ravenna and then fast to Jaikrunda, with a possible extension to Peaslake in future.

*St Anna currently is proposed as a stop on Ajrica Trains but Vulpicula has denied permission for the time being. A small section of platform will be installed at the proposed area for use in emergencies. An emergency shaft may be required should evacuation of the trains be required.
