High Hoopsville is a city originally created by ajhoopspro. High Hoopsville is located at Y20, and its current mayor is ajhoopspro. High Hoopsville is a combination of two Boroughs each governed by its own mayor, while ajhoopspro also is the general mayor.

Town News

• June 2013: High Hoopsville continues to thrive and grow. Xavier Hills/Gravcorn seperates from the city, but remains in close relation. BTR lines are continually being constructed and completed.
• May 2013: High Hoopsville expansion project in full swing. The Boroughs of MineCity and HHV East/West continue to grow closer. Xavier Hills and HHV East/West are seamlessly connected. BTRail and new HHV Central are also under construction. Completion is expected by mid-June.
• April 2013: High Hoopsville has merged with Minecity and Gravecorn. Boroughs are formed: HHV East/West, Xavier Hills/Old Gravecorn, and Minecity.
• November 2012: High Hoopsville has been officially recognized as a town, and ajhoopspro has been promoted to Mayor.
• October 2012: Construction has started!
