Icicle Pancake Place
Mercury203's Pancake Place is well, a pancake place on the MRT founded by Mercury203.
The founder got permanently banned, and the Pancake Place went on auction.
On November 19th, 2017, CyAmethyst and Icicle Holdings acquired the franchise in the November GSM.
The same day, Icicle Holdings re-branded the Pancake Place to its' current name of the Icicle Pancake Place.
But our mission is the same: Offering delicious pancakes at a cheap and fair price.

Types
Currently we have several types of stores.
Standard
The standard size with standard seating and standard menus. Very standard.
Size is 15x15 and will cost $20.
Large
A larger store for more pancake demand. Will most likely be two stories for extra service, extra pancakes, and extra seating.
Size varies, but will mostly be 21x21 and will cost $30.
Mini
A small store for malls and other small spaces. Will not have seating and will have basic menus.
Size is situational and conditionally varied. Cost will be anywhere from $5-10.
We will sell Custom Stores, as long as it follows Icicle Holdings' regulations.
