The KIA Police is one of the three divisions of the Kitania Intelligence Agency, or KIA, of the City-State of Kitania. The KIA Police is the City-State's principle law enforcement agency, and is responsible for internal security, policing, and law enforcement in the provinces of the City-State of Kitania.
Sub-Divisions
The KIA Police is divided into several sub-divisions concerning specific operations.
KIA Police Patrol Unit
The KIA Police Patrol Unit comprises the main operations of the KIA Police which are not assigned to another specific sub-division.
KIA Police Emergency Service Unit
The Emergency Service Unit, or ESU, is a highly trained tactical unit of the KIA Police, which responds to emergency situations with a high level of danger.
KIA Police Investigative Bureau
This bureau oversees investigative operations by the KIA Police.
KIA Police General Detective Unit
The General Detective Unit conducts general investigations for the KIA Police.
KIA Police Crime Scene Unit
The Crime Scene Unit, or CSU, is responsible for conducting investigations of crime scenes.
KIA Police Terrorism Squad
The Terrorism Squad identifies and protects against terrorist threats against the City-State of Kitania.
KIA Police Civilian Employee Bureau
The KIA Police Civilian Employee Bureau manages KIA Civilian Employees who are assigned to the KIA Police.
KIA Police Auxiliary
The KIA Police Auxiliary acts as an assistive force to the KIA Police. The Police Auxiliary provides patrols and assists in security during events. The Police Auxiliary may also perform duties of other Civilian Employee divisions, such as Traffic Enforcement.
KIA Police Traffic Enforcement
KIA Police Traffic Enforcement enforces traffic restrictions and patrols roads within cities of the City-State of Kitania. Traffic Enforcement patrol cars are modified to include LED screens on the front and back to display messages. Traffic Enforcement is responsible for traffic stops and issuing penalties for traffic violations, as well as enforcing road closures. In the event of a failed traffic stop which may initiate a pursuit, the Traffic Enforcement unit attempting the traffic stop must request backup from KIA Police Agents.
KIA Police School Safety
KIA Police School Safety provides security at schools within the City-State. In the event of a dangeorus situation, backup must be requested from KIA Police Agents.
KIA Police Medical Service
The KIA Police Medical Service operates ambulances and emergency paramedics within the City-State of Kitania.
