The Kitania Internal Revenue Service, or KIRS, is a government agency of the City-State of Kitania responsible for tax collection. Residents are expected to pay a monthly 0% income tax and 0% property tax, and a 0% sales tax on all purchases made within the City-State.
KIRS Enforcement Police
The KIRS Enforcement Police is responsible for using brute force and intimidation to ensure all taxes are properly paid within the City-State. It is one of only two recognized law enforcement agencies in the City-State of Kitania, the other being the KIA Police Division.
