MS Lake Topaz is a Pearl-class ship, built for and owned by Nansei Cruise Lines. She is the larger sister ship to Lake Pearl and Lake Sapphire.
History
Lake Topaz and her smaller sister Lake Sapphire were ordered on April 23, 2021. Her keel was laid in a singleplayer world on April 29. She was completed as a lengthened version of Sapphire, before she was split in half and widened by 2m. Her exterior was finished the same day, and she was pasted into Wenyanga the next day to finish up her interior.
She was christened on May 30, and set sail for Dogwood on June 1.
On January 1, 2022, NCL announced plans to transfer Lake Topaz to Azalea Group’s then-newest subsidiary Zee Village in March 2022, to be renamed as the Zee Village Two. However, this would be delayed indefinitely until new NCL cruise ships could be rolled out.
Ports of call
Originally, it was rumored that Lake Topaz would be sailing out of Miu Wan. However, on May 1, this was changed to Dogwood.

Facilities
Like her sisters, Deck 1 of Lake Topaz contains the Mall-at-Sea, a mall filled with other player-made brands. She has the same brands as her sisters, plus a few new brands.

Deck 2 and 3 contain 54 staterooms each, for a total of 108, 24 more than Lake Sapphire and 48 more than Pearl. They also contain a running track/balcony area, which are used for lifeboat access on Deck 2. Deck 4 has lengthened restaurants.

Deck 5 is only accessible via stairs from Deck 4. It contains all of Lake Sapphire's features plus an extra , and the famous Top Deck, an NCL-owned luxury buffet featured on the top deck of all their ships.
Incidents
Reef collision
On May 27, 2021, while Lake Topaz was being led into drydock azaleatwo to finish construction, she hit a reef that had grown inside the dock, causing her keel to burst open, and water to flood the bottom floor. The reef was moved and the drydock quickly expanded to fit Topaz. Like her smaller sister, this significantly delayed not only the ship's completion, but the construction of the brand new drydocks at Wenyanga, all of which were quickly expanded.
