MRT staff members, nicknamed Admods, are players who hold the rank of Moderator (Mod), Administrator (Admin), or Owner. In alphabetical order, the current MRT staff member team consists of the following 16 players: __7d, AlphaDS, AP_Red, DNAmaster10, Foote_Chicken, Frumple, hvt2011, Missa_Solemnis, MPolo455, Needn_NL, NobodyBestFriend, Seshpenguin, SimonScholar, Skelezomperman, VickiTori_, and Zuoj.

MRT staff members have access to WorldEdit, private staff-only channels, voting power and influence at General Staff Meetings (GSMs), WorldGuard, among other powers. MRT staff members are also expected to enforce rules, issue warnings, and handle conflicts.

Originally, staff members were hand-selected by Frumple, but have since been selected privately and publicly at General Staff Meetings.

SimonScholar holds the record for most staff terms, at three. The longest continuous term excluding Frumple is Tom_Pairs, first promoted on April 14, 2013, with a term of 9 years and 247 days. Most resignations and demotions have resulted from, among other reasons, inactivity.

There have been 65 unique MRT staff members who have resided in 12 different countries.
