The MRT Circle Line, or simply the Circle Line, is one of the 22 lines of the New World MRT System and one of the 11 initial New World MRT lines built in conjunction with the Gamma server update. The MRT Circle Line runs in a circle in Gamma through every ward. It is the only initial New World MRT line to not pass through Central City. The line was completed before the opening of the New World.

The MRT Circle Line is the second-longest MRT line with 119 stations. The MRT Circle Line was the longest MRT line until it was surpassed by the MRT Union Line in January 2023.

History

RapidCoffee in C41, Wythern Station

The MRT Circle Line was one of the 11 initial lines built in New World. The MRT Circle Line was first mentioned in the New World MRT plans in August 2014. The route would be a loop around the New World, without stopping at Central City. The line was constructed by _MajorMagpie_ with minor help from _frozen. In the pasting of the stations, _MajorMagpie_ used a station template with his franchise, RapidCoffee, inside of it. This resulted in the franchise having the most locations on the New World and the server when the New World opened.

The MRT Circle Line is the only initial MRT line that has not been extended. Calling for an extension of the MRT Circle Line is a common gag.

On January 9, 2023, the MRT Union Line surpassed the MRT Circle Line in being the MRT line with the most stations, with its 120th station being pasted in.

Route

The MRT Circle Line runs through every ward and is one of two MRT lines with no termini. The travel duration for the line's entire length is approximately 140 minutes.

C1–C33

The MRT Circle Line's station numbering starts at C1 in BirchView, with the station numbers increasing clockwise. C1 is an interchange with the MRT Zephyr Line in the station's lower level. After departing from BirchView, the MRT Zephyr Line splits off, turning to the north and the MRT Circle Line goes to the east, passing through a forested area, with Dandenong, Benion, New Phoenix, Birchwood Lake City, Shadowpoint, Pinewood, and Newport-on-Tay.

Before arriving at C8 in Newport-on-Tay, the viaduct ascends to cross the strait connecting Monterey Lake and Lake Takachsin before ending up in Hummingbird Islands, where it remains in a high viaduct until C10. After a short journey across Hummingbird Islands and upon leaving C11, it goes from underground to a high viaduct in order to cross another strait connecting Monterey Lake and Lake Takachsin, before entering Mason City.

Upon leaving C12, the MRT Circle Line passes through North Haven before entering Achowalogen Takachsin, lasting until C18. The section between C16 and C20 is a bi-level structure, with MRT Circle Line on the top and MRT Expo Line on the bottom, with transfers to MRT Expo Line along this section. Before entering C20, the MRT Circle Line splits off from the MRT Expo Line and turns right to meet with the MRT Eastern Line.

XE22/C20/E0 Station

At C20, there are interchanges to MRT Expo and MRT Eastern lines. From C20, the MRT Circle Line crosses a desert before entering Sesby at C24. Just north of C24, there is a bridge crossing over the canal that connects Lake 26 and Lake Victoria. Then, the MRT Circle Line passes through Airchester and Accerton, paralleling with MRT Eastern Line. Before entering C27 in Accerton, the MRT Eastern Line structure ascends to be above the MRT Circle Line's tracks, before splitting off after C27 south, with the MRT Circle Line turning west.

After splitting off from MRT Eastern Line after Accerton, the MRT Circle Line passes through various biomes on the way to Northberg and New Bark Town. In Northberg, after arriving at C29 following a tunnel under the town and A30, the MRT Circle Line resembles like a grass tramway, with several grade crossings with local roads.

C33–C61

The MRT Circle Line has a transfer with the MRT Forest Line at C33 in Freedon. After C33, the line passes through plains biomes and forest biomes, there is an interchange to MRT Plains Line in Saint Roux at the station's lower level.

After leaving C41 at Wythern, the MRT Circle Line turns west, passing through Schusterlans, Levittown, Astoria, and Southlake. At C46, the MRT Circle Line has an interchange with MRT Valley Line. After C49, the MRT Circle Line enters a desert biome and Elecna Bay. At C50 and C51 stations, old, unused tracks for Southern Line built during Gamma is present.

After departing from C51, the MRT Circle Line runs north, running above the MRT Island Line tracks until C57, via a desert biome and Inverness. This section is one of the six MRT line sections where one line counts up while the other line counts down, with the MRT Circle Line counting up and the MRT Island Line counting down. The other MRT sections that has this feature is the MRT Lakeshore Line and MRT Zephyr Line section between LW4/ZN35 and Oparia, MRT Mesa Line and MRT Oasis Line section between M69/OW48 in Wenyanga and M64/OW53 in Slime City, MRT Union Line and Line L2 section from U186/L2X11 to U196/L2X1 stations, MRT Rose Line and MRT Lakeshore Line between Halifax and New Mayton City, and MRT Union Line and MRT Rose Line section between Mountbatten and RE20/U30 stations.

North of C57, the MRT Circle Line turns to the west, splitting off from MRT Island Line. Then, it travels across savannah and desert biomes, with an interchange to MRT Zephyr Line, located at C61 in Bardot Springs.

C61–C89

After departing from C61, the MRT Circle Line passes through Itomori and Mallison. At C65, there is a transfer to the MRT Desert Line, located in the lower level in Canre. Then, the MRT Circle Line crosses a shattered savannah biome from C67 to C69 station. At C70, there is a transfer to the MRT Mesa Line, located in the lower level of the joint station.

The MRT Circle Line tracks are in a different style when passing through Daneburg.

After the MRT Mesa Line interchange at C70, the MRT Circle Line enters a desert biome, then it turns to the north along the eastern bank of Lake 8, going through Southton, Falloway, Helix Bay, Daneburg, Waverly, Espil and Pixl. Between C84 in Pixl and C85 in Xandar-Vekta, the line crosses the Xandar-Vekta Canal, which connects Lake 8 and Lake Capricorn. The crossing is called "Genesis Avenue Bridge" and is a drawbridge, built by KittyCat11231 in August 2022 in order to provide enough clearance for IntraSail. Within Daneburg borders, the tracks change to a different style in order to fit with other railroads in the city. Between C81 and C82 stations in Espil, there is a flat crossing with CitiRail.

Upon crossing the canal, the MRT Circle Line continues through Xandar-Vekta, with C85 located inside the G-Tech Tower. Within Xandar, the viaduct is located above a road, stopping just before of C86. After leaving C86, the MRT Circle Line turns to the west to enter a desert biome, before turning to the north via Miasto, where an interchange is provided to the MRT Expo Line at C89 in Ilirea.

C89–C119

In Ilirea, the MRT Circle Line's track is above Ilirail Line B, with C90 and C91 stations being located inside a building for the majority of its route. After departing from C91, the MRT Circle Line leaves Ilirea and enters a swamp biome, then a roofed forest and Storalisburg, before entering a tunnel under the mountains, before entering Wazamawazi. In Wazamawazi, just north of C97, the line descends to allow the MRT Taiga Line from Kessler and the MRT Western Line from Spring Valley to join the shared segment, which goes between C98 and C102 stations. While in the shared segment, the MRT Circle Line enters a taiga biome, passing through New Woodbury and Newton-le-Willows.

After Newton-le-Willows, the MRT Circle Line turns to the east, splitting off from the MRT Taiga and Western lines. After passing through Dawn, the MRT Circle Line leaves the taiga biome and enters an arctic biome and there is a transfer to the MRT Arctic Line at C107 in Armada. The MRT Circle Line then passes through forested biomes, stopping at Konawa, Lanark, Birch Forest City, and Belvadere.

At C118, the MRT Zephyr Line, located underground, meets with the MRT Circle Line and passes through two stations before arriving back at C1.

Cities

Numerous Senator, Governor, and Premier cities are located along the MRT Circle Line. Achowalogen Takachsin has the most stations along the line, at four. The line passes through the Premier cities of Achowalogen Takachsin, Airchester, Elecna Bay, Espil, and Lanark.

Senator and Governor cities along the line include Astoria, Daneburg, Falloway, Freedon, Heights City, the Hummingbird Islands, Ilirea, Itomori, Konawa, Levittown, Mason City, New Woodbury, North Haven, Pixl, Saint Roux, Spring Valley, Storalisburg, Waverly, Wazamawazi, and Wythern.
