The MRT State Library was originally created by VernCow for his town Hathnes, located at C39, but ended up being a library franchise.
Info
After being inspired by the MRT national theatre and Kessler Cathedral, VernCow wanted to have a theatre in his town. After giving up challenging the original MRT national theatre, VernCow considered replacing his original town hall, the white house. After a while, VernCow decided that he would want to make a MRT national library, as the MRT doesn’t have a library franchise before.
After being inspired by Lalaboy’s Kessler Cathedral and _majormagpie_’s MRT National Theatre, VernCow started building the MRT State Library in an overclaimed spot in the lab world. The spot is located WSW of spawn. Go pay it a visit if you'd like.

15/4/16 - Construction of the MRT State library is confirmed and began, overclaimation of a spot in the lab world completed.
16/4/16 - Construction of entrance 50% completed.
17/4/16 - Construction of second floor confirmed. First floor entrance completed.
18/4/16 - Second Floor Entrance construction began.
19/4/16 - 21/4/16 VernCow took a break from Minecraft.
22/4/16 - Construction continues, second floor entrance 50% completed.
23/4/16 - Overclaimation of second plot completed, making VernCow’s plot even bigger, and more convenient for him to start planning.
24/4/16 - After negotiation with _Kastle, _Kastle agreed to help VernCow furnish the Library with a 65-35 Business Deal.
25/4/16 - Construction of sides began.
26/4/16 - Construction continued.
27/4/16 - Construction continued.
28/4/16 - Construction of left side completed. Plot relocated, no longer next to spawn.
29/4/16 - Construction on both sides completed.
30/4/16 - Designing of back completed.
30/4/16-17/6/16 - 50% of interior furnishing completed, deal with _kastle called off due to his busy schedule.
18/6/16 Furnishing continues. nearing 75%.
19/6/16 Furnishing officially completed. Grand Opening Day.
VernCow is now currently charging every library $100, but who knows? Maybe you send him some food… and he will reduce the price….
The amount of money earned will be split into 2 parts. 35% and 65%. 65% Will go to VernCow and the 35% will go to _Kastle.
Please leave your username, station code, and town name in the chart. If you don’t have a station code, put down the station that is CLOSEST to your town. If your town is really really remote, then give approximate coordinates.
All purchases are expected to be handled the following week, however since now it is in the pre-order period, VernCow will get to you as soon as possible.
Locations
After purchase, it is your decision whether to customise it or not. VernCow will sell it at its default look but you can change some parts. However, there are some rules.
Exterior
- Majority of pillars MUST be made out of sandstone, and majority means 70%.
- Oak planks wall cannot be changed too much. Decorations may be added, but oak has to stay as a background block.
- ALL library windows MUST NOT be edited.
Interior
- First floor MUST NOT be edited at all.
