Missa Modular is a company that specializes in providing temporary modular spaces for educational and government institutions.
Why modular structures?
Modular structures are non-invasive, low-budget, temporary solution if you have outgrown your existing facilities and are not yet ready to add permanent expansions. They are quickly and easily installed by Missa Modular and can be removed on request. Missa Modulars can be placed almost anywhere and used for almost anything.
Ordering a Missa Modular
A Missa Modular can be ordered by contacting Missa_Solemnis in-game or by leaving an order on the talk page.
Orders should contain the following information:
- City (and nearest MRT, if applicable)
- Coordinates of location for modular
- Dimensions of modular structure (length, width, height)
- The default dimensions for a classroom are 12 by 15, with a drop-tile ceiling four tiles above the floor
- The intended purpose of the modular
- The material to be used in the construction of the modular
- The default is white concrete
- The material to be used for the flooring
- The default is light gray wool
- The type of fence for the railings of the access ramp
- The default is birch
- The type of door
- The default is birch
- The type of glass
- The default is normal glass
- Whether you want the structure to be furnished
- If the modular is intended to function as a classroom, please specify how many students will be in the class using the classroom
The price for a Missa Modular is not set and depends on the size, complexity, and uniqueness of the modular. Larger, more complex, and modulars with dimensions not previously constructed by Missa Modular will cost more. Please contact Missa_Solemnis for a quote.
Terms and Conditions
Institutions or individuals who order a Missa Modular are subject to terms and conditions.
- The modular structure is owned by Missa Modular and cannot be altered in any way without prior approval from Missa Modular.
- The duplication of a Missa Modular is strictly prohibited.
- Installation and removal of a Missa Modular must be completed by Missa Modular or an authorized contractor.
- All signs containing structure identification numbers or branding may not be removed under any circumstances. If a sign is accidentally removed, please contact Missa_Solemnis for a replacement.
- Violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate removal of the modular structure without refund.
- Additional terms and conditions may be added at any time. Existing clients will be notified of the change prior to it taking effect.
