Neobaltia is a state in northeast Zeta. It was created due to the proximity of the cities Beachview and Kappen. The name "Neobaltia" is derived from the Neobaltic Sea, in the center of the state, and it's similarly north-eastern location in the New World, similar to the Baltic Sea in Europe. The first town outside of this partnership to join is Fuxemburg, which is located on the same peninsula as Kappen.

Geography
Neobaltia is mostly located in beach biomes and several islands in the Neobaltic Sea.
