New Bark Town (Malay: Bandar Wakaba, Japanese: ワカバタウン Wakaba Town) is an independently operating town founded by Hightech_TR, located in the mountains of Ward 3. The town is named after New Bark Town in the Pokémon games, similar to Vermilion (though Vermilion is not named after Vermilion City in the Pokémon Games), although it is in no way related to the in-game town. It consists of two towns merged together, the original New Bark Town and New Falconia (later to become the two main areas of New Bark Town), and is located at C31-C32. The current development phase of the town is in the Infdev Phase.

New Bark Town is located in Ward 3, directly east of Royal Ferry.

Land
New Bark Town's two areas (New Falconia and Old Oakwood) are split by huge elevation changes. New Falconia sat on a somewhat hilly forest biome, while Old Oakwood sits in an extreme hills biome. Many roads connecting the two halves require curvature to reduce their incline.
Majority of the town is flanked by mountains on its west, south and east.
A dormant volcano, Mount Coronet, sits directly in the middle between the Parker and Wakaba districts. Even though dormant, lava flows are still common and not dangerous.

As New Bark Town is landlocked, there are no major water bodies bordering the town. The closest access to a major water body is via Airchester to Lake Victoria and an unnamed lake.

New Bark Town Flag
The Flag of New Bark Town has a green and white vertical stripe on the left, with light blue, white and grey horizontal stripes on the right.
The Green represents the fields that the original New Falconia sat on.
The White represents the snow atop the peaks in old New Bark Town, as well as infinite peace with other nations.
The Light Blue represents the sky, as well as inner security and stability.
The Grey represents the soaring mountains of the southern area of the town.
Districts in New Bark Town
New Bark Town is divided into two main areas, New Falconia and Old Oakwood.
New Falconia is the section obtained via an Inactive Asset Transfer and is the northern half of New Bark Town, while Old Oakwood is the southern area and was the original New Bark Town that was founded in May 2016.

Trivia
New Bark Town used to be called OakWood. This name was changed to New Bark Town because Hightech_TR thought the old name was boring, as well as to commemorate Pokémon Chatty Yellow on Twitch Plays Pokémon. The original name eventually became part of the name for the southern area of New Bark Town.
