New Indigo
The New Indigo Region is a planned SMP and geographical region that was conceived and founded by EliteNeon. It's first elections are underway.
Constitution
Constitution of New Indigo:
Article 1 - Membership: Any owner of a town within the boundaries of New Indigo (attached) may apply for membership by posting on the discord. They must pass in Parliament by a simple majority.
Article 2 - Parliament: Parliament consists of all members of New Indigo. Each person gets one vote. The President may veto any motion, however this can be overturned if at least 66% of members vote for it.
Article 3 - Voting: Voting is used to pass any motion or constitutional amendment as well as for elections. A template will be put on the wiki, and members may vote on it for 24 hours. If it passes, the President must sign or veto it within 24 hours. If it has not been signed, it constitutes a pocket veto. Signing does not apply to elections.
Article 4 - Elections: Every month a new President is elected. Presidents may not serve more than two terms in a row.
Article 5 - Committees: Anyone can create a specialized committee, to follow the same rules as Parliament.
Article 6 - Amendments: Any member may proposed an amendment to the constitution.
Article 7 - Discord: The President can appoint up to two people as Discord admins. They as well as the President control the Discord as well as it’s members.
Presidential Election
The election will end whenever all votes are cast or at 7:20 PM EDT 11/3/17. The person with the most votes wins, and if there is a tie the election starts anew.

Motion 1
This is a constitutional amendment. When a President leaves the server or gets banned, an election will take place immediately. While the election is in progress, the admins of the former president handle the presidency.
