New Indigo County is a regional MPO on between Shadowpoint and Birch Coast. The County is situated in and was named for the geographical region of New Indigo and the formerly planned SMP.

Constitution
Constitution of the County of New Indigo
We, the Mayors of Shadowpoint and Birch Coast do hereby form the County of New Indigo.
1 - The County consists of Shadowpoint and Birch Coast. They shall be regarded as the Member Mayors.
2 - The County shall be governed by the County Council. The County Council shall consist of the Member Mayors. Legislation regarding County decisions shall be brought before the County Council for a straight up or down vote.
3 - Decisions by the County Council can amend the Constitution in the manner of normal legislation.
