Nordic Freight is the freight rail service of the Nordic Rail Division. It provides a realistic and working freight systems that co-exists with the Nordic Rail System, and provides a new addition of actual freight movement to the MRT experience.
On January 17, 2016, Nordic Freight entered talks for a future partnership with another freight operator, ATB Freight Rail. As the system is not in place, there are currently no main lines, but the partnership is in the planning stages. However, as part of the deal, ATB Freight Rail uses CitiRail technology for all lines.
