The Northeast Waterport is a waterport located in Y8. Northeast Waterport's heads are Music3_0, Kiwirainbow, and bspells. Northeast Waterport is serviced by 18 Ferry Lines. Northeast Waterport's construction began on July 21st, 2013.

Old Buildings

Terminal A

• Terminal A's Construction began & finished on July 21st. Terminal A features 9 ports. Terminal A was designed by Music3_0. Terminal A also houses the Offices for the owners of the Waterport.
• This terminal was destroyed by August 6.

Terminal B

• Terminal B's Construction began on July 22nd & finished on July 24th. Terminal B features: 6 ports, 10 Shop spaces & 3 Lounges. Terminal B was designed by Kiwirainbow and Music3_0 & has been moved to Y8 now renamed as Concourse C.

News

• July 30, 2013 - Kiwi, Music3_0 & Bspells decided that the current location of the Waterport deemed to many complications from neighbour MRT Land. Therefore a new terminal is being constructed to house majority of current and future check-ins and ports. The design was modelled after ATL airport by Kiwi, Bspells & Music3_0. There will be a total of 24 new ports at the new terminal and will have concourses: T A B C. More shops will be implemented on the 2nd floor.
• August 1, 2013 - Northeast Waterport officially opened at their new location at Y8.
• August 3, 2013 - Y8 is renamed to Northeast Waterport Station
• August 17, 2013 - New Bus Station is now at Northeast Waterport.
• September 9, 2013 - New D/E concourse that can manage about 10-12 ports is being made now with lots of retail. Construction will be done once Kiwirainbow has time as he is the main architect for this project.
• October 27, 2013 -  I-02  is extended to Northeast Waterport.
• November 7, 2013 - New revitalized rail hub being constructed by mfish125 that will house a lot of new transits, since there was a lacking for regional rail connection.
