Northwest Holdings, often stylized as NW or NWH is a cross-server corporation founded by hntredtie.
History
The original design for a holdings company owned by hntredtie started in August of 2014, when he started Redtie Holdings. The company was then founded on August 20th, as a way to manage his signature company, Redtie Burgers and Fries. After hntredtie became more involved in the MRT culture, he started to slowly grow the company, and started the first corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Unfortunately, these offices were never completed, and all that is visible today are signs for a Redtie Holdings HQ. The company slowly started to build a few locations, and unfortuately, the original locations were never recorded, but with a new re-launch of the chain on it's one year anniversary, it will slowly become a more well known franchise. Redtie Holdings soon established offices in Sealane briefly after the launch of New World, and these were the only Redtie Holdings offices present on the server until July 2015, when Aviation Plaza was established in Appleton. Redtie Holdings later became a part of Frontier Group in late 2014, and the numerous franchises were placed into their product lineup, excluding RedPeach. In early 2015, GeorgiaHoldings was established as a way to keep connections between the two airlines of Air Peach, and what was then known as RedPeach, but is now known as Element. The company functioned smoothly until the fall of OneMRT which brought some confusion as to where the two airlines would go. Air Peach joined UnitedSkies and later merged with Caelus to become Notalis. Going back to July 2015, hntredtie resigned from Frontier Group and recieved all of his franchises back as his own personal assets. He kept them independant, until in late August, he decided to start another holdings company on the one year anniversary of the former Redtie Holdings. On August 20th, 2015, Northwest Holdings was founded, and hntredtie removed any of his shares from GeorgiaHoldings, except the 33% share that Northwest Holdings still retains in GeorgiaHoldings.
